Optionally save pictures externally
When editing large databases with lots of pictures, performance can be terribly slow. If pictures were stored externally, the databases could be kept far smaller, improving performance. Even if saved externally, pictures should display in card view.

Notification that synchronized file has changed.
I have a data based accessed by two computers. When computer A makes a change and then sync's the change to the cloud, then when computer B attempts to acces the3 data base, there should be an indication hat it has changed so that the user on computer B can sync it before using it.

Users and copies
In the same account i would like multiple devices and every device with an user and, this users could have permisions about what to see or modify in the table. For example, to have a master user a medium user, and a simply user. Master coul manage tables and users, create tables, modify, and donwload reports. Ability to display a nested table of rows from which user can select and row selected can fill in current row
In other words... Say I have a master coin table that lists all the attributes of coins - denominations, country, type, etc. I would like to display this table on a new record - the user would then scroll down to find a coin attribute for what they are adding, then when it is selected the common columns in that row would auto-fill the same related columns on the newly added record. Would save time and allow a single unified 'lookup' table per se instead of having one for country, one for denomination, etc.

Selecting from table reference
Selecting from a table reference is only possible by dropdown list. If reference table is too big selection become difficult and time consuming. Make selection possible by texting-selecting.

Chose in which folder Mobi DB save the database
This will allow to share the database easily with any cloud software as Cloud Station from Synology or even Dropbox, any one. I use Synology and I just need to know where the database is, to be able to share it...

Sync with any cloud storage via WebDAV
As I don't like to use Dropbox, Google or Microsoft cloud but the storage at my web host it would be fine if the sync via WebDAV could be added to the app.

it would be good to be able to add company logos to the background in forms and tables in order to make the printing more professional.
I see this as one of the major attractions of access over this system with it allowing control of the look and feel of documents / forms and printing

make "if" function able to compare values from two tables
I have a table of plants, and a table of when & where each plant is planted (one to many relationship).
I need to check which plants I have in stock that I haven't planted yet
