Hello. Could you please elaborate a bit on your problem so we can see it clearer? As far as we understand you are talking about 1) a separate setup.exe file you can use to install the app to the PC without internet connection 2) a direct USB cable connection between the devices to sync/import/export data from Windows to Android version and vice versa. Is this correct or we missed something? Thank you in advance.
